You can access your Morrisons Travel portal to:

  • Add a new quote or policy to your online portal.
  • View and print your policy documents.
  • See exactly what is and isn't covered by your policy.

Make a claim

Do you need to make a travel insurance claim? It's best to have all the information about what happened to hand before getting in touch, this includes:

  • Your personal details and policy number - you can get your policy number on your Morrisons Travel portal.
  • Details about your claim, for example the flight number and name of your airline (if it's relevant).

Renew your policy

You'll receive your renewal letter about three weeks before your policy ends. Please review it carefully in your Morrisons Travel portal and check:

  • Your cover is suited to your travel plans for the next year.
  • Your personal information and those of anyone else insured by the policy, are up to date.

Cancel your policy

You can cancel anytime via your Morrisons Travel portal - just log in and follow the steps. Once complete, you'll get a confirmation email.
